I receive a "TS Error - internal!!!" at different times on different terminals (L230). I have about 20 set up for my print shop all connected to windows 2003 S2. The terminal could be running fine and then all of a sudden receive the TS error. When I reset it I sometimes get a "cannot connect to server error". This is very frustrating as it works on most of the terminals. When I view the device on the server it shows::
Device Status: Showing Error Message!
Activate Status: Activated
Firmware: 5.4
Any ideas why this is happening sporadically?

Looks like your various terminals are running on different firmware versions...
I would suggest that you upgrade the firmware for all your access devices, to bring all of them to the same firmware level..
This will solve the "TS Error - internal!!!"' problem.
