I saw a youtube video from nComputing about how you can install an X550 and set it up, then uninstall the software but leave the drivers and when you reboot, windows recognizes the X550 video cards allowing you to have 6 monitors on one machine. Sounds like a really cool multi-monitor solution, but it is completely impossible under windows 2008. The software does not allow me to leave the drivers behind, and when I manually installed the drivers, windows failed completely: black screen with no way to recover. Does anyone know the trick to do this?
I will try under 7, and then XP if I must, but wow that's an old OS now.
